Likewise, if you want to stay here, you will have the opportunity to see Baku and the Caspian Sea from a bird's-eye view.
To be honest, it is the best hotel in Baku with the most beautiful panoramic view.
And it really deserves to be one of the best 5 star hotels in Baku.
Let's see what it offers customers.
What Does Fairmont Baku Hotel Offer Customers Generally?
Fairmont offers clients and guests a total of more than 2,300 square meters of space.
Including; a gym, a swimming pool, and other recreational areas.
They've also got a bunch of conference halls — a couple of which are more than 5,000 square meters.
Five of them have all the gear you could ever need to set up a gig for anywhere between 430 and 1,000 people.

Long story short, the rooms at Fairmont Hotel are the same, but the views are different.
In the last 2 room types, you have only one choice.
The smallest room is 538 sq. ft. (50 sq.m.).
On the flip side, the largest is 1,291 sq. ft. (120 sq. m.).
Check-in and Check-out
The standard check-in time at Fairmont Baku, Flame Towers is 3:00 PM (15:00), and check-out is at 12:00 PM (12:00).
If you need some flexibility, they might be able to arrange early check-in or late check-out for you.
But I can't promise it'll work every time.
Amenities
There are tons of amenities out there that can actually be useful for guests.
But for now, I can list a few common amenities that Fairmont Baku offers:

The Four Seasons Hotel Baku is located almost right on the seaside of Baku, at 1 Neftchilar Avenue, next to the Old City.
That is to say, if you stay here, you'll have no trouble finding fun things to do in Baku.
Philharmonia Garden, the old town walls (Icheri Sheher), and many other attractions will be right next to you.

What Does 4 Seasons Hotel Baku Offer Clients Generally?
In fact, the 4 Season Hotel Baku opened newly, on September 3, 2012, and has 171 rooms, 27 of which are deluxe.
There are also two presidential suites:
Khazar and Liman.

Prices for the rooms at the Four Seasons Hotel Baku are also more or less the same as at the Fairmont Flame Towers.
Just a bit more pricey.
As an example, you'll pay around $250 per night for the Superior Residential-View Room.
However, it is worth noting again that these prices are mainly subject to change when you reserve a room.
Overall not expensive for a 5 star hotel in Baku.
#3. JW Marriott Absheron Baku: Iconic One from the Soviets
Number 3 on the list of the best five star Baku hotels is JW Marriott Absheron for the moment.
Eventually, I'll expand this list with another 10 or 20 5 star hotels in the city of the winds.
Well, it should definitely be on your radar if you want to:
Experience luxury with a nod to Baku's Soviet past.
Enjoy the stunning Caspian Sea views.
And mainly, give the Oriental and Italian dishes a try.
The JW Marriott Absheron Baku is also close to the Caspian Sea and Baku Boulevard.
I’ll have you know, there's even an underground passageway that runs from the hotel's courtyard right into the boulevard.

Apparently, JW Marriott Absheron Hotel in Baku offers a bunch of options in terms of room selections.

The thing is, hotels don't price their rooms the same for every country.
Even different agencies in the same country have different prices.
I reckon, the reason for this is the number of tourists they bring in.
But the big thing to consider is the price differences between popular hotel booking platforms.
Like Booking.com, Agoda, or similar ones.
Booking.com
Let’s say you (2 adults) want to book a room at Fairmont Baku for a stay between July 1 and July 8 (a total of 7 nights) via booking.com.
And let’s also select the “Deluxe King Room City View” for your stay.
As you see, they show the price as $1,767.79, but they don’t include VAT in the initial price.
When you add all taxes and fees, the total price jumps to $2,095.04.
This means Booking will charge you $2,095.04 in total.
I know this depends on the country and its specific tax regulations.
But at the end of the day, you're not going to get your VAT refund.

The main reason for this is that BHT has VAT contracts with the most reputable 5 star hotels in Baku.
Long story short, if you want to avoid paying extra costs for your Baku hotel booking, this is the best option.
Also, just so you know, you won’t be charged any VAT on the property.
